JWEST was created from a real-world problem faced by a tree moving company in Michigan: finding a better way to move trees into hard-to-reach areas without damaging the job site. In 2013, The Buddy was invented to make lifting and hauling trees and other heavy objects much easier. Local landscapers quickly saw the potential and encouraged the team to pursue a patent and bring the idea to market. Today, JWEST helps turn human strength into superhuman strength with practical Landscaping Equipment built to make tough jobs easier.
